Do you offer free delivery?
Yes – we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a small flat-rate fee to help cover postage. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items quickly so you can get exploring without delay! Need something urgently? Pop us an email and we’ll do our best to help.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return click here

Can I try baby carriers in person?
Yes! We do keep stock instore though not out on display so you can try on different baby carriers and find the perfect fit for you and your little one. Please Email first to check we have options instore for you. info@freedomtoexplore.co.uk

How do I choose the right baby carrier?
Choosing a baby carrier depends on your child’s age, your lifestyle and your personal needs. We’re always happy to advise with many years babywearing ( and toddler and preschool!) experience —pop into our St Ives shop or send us a message.
