Waterhaul Adventure Mini EDC Pen Knife: Sustainable, UK-Legal Everyday Carry
The Waterhaul Adventure Mini EDC Pen Knife is meticulously crafted for those who value durability, sustainability, and practicality. Designed with functionality in mind, this compact knife features a robust 1.5mm thick W 1.4034 stainless steel blade, offering a balanced blend of corrosion resistance and edge-holding hardness at 56HRC. It’s an essential tool for outdoor adventures, combining ruggedness with the convenience of a folding penknife.
The knife’s handle is made from 100% recycled monofilament gill nets—the most dangerous type of ghost net, notorious for its threat to marine life due to its near-invisible underwater appearance. The aqua green colour of the handle comes entirely from the original recycled netting, with no added pigments or dyes. The ergonomically shaped handle provides a comfortable grip, while the halfway-close stay offers additional ease and safety during use.
Key Features:
- Blade: 60mm long, crafted from high-quality stainless steel for long-lasting sharpness and durability.
- Eco-Friendly Handle: Made from 100% recycled fishing nets with a natural aqua green finish, contributing to ocean clean-up efforts.
- UK Legal Carry: This non-locking penknife is designed with a UK-legal folding blade for everyday carry.
- Craftsmanship: Manufactured in Italy by expert knife makers, ensuring high precision and quality.
Built to last, the Waterhaul Adventure Mini EDC Pen Knife is a sustainable and functional choice, perfect for those who want an everyday carry that’s both adventure-ready and environmentally responsible.
About Waterhaul -
Waterhaul was founded by a group of marine conservationists in Cornwall (just like us!) that were growing increasingly frustrated at the sights of their local beaches being tarnished with plastic, fishing lines and offcuts. This inspired them to create a solution, and Waterhaul was born. They worked with many mechanical recycling facilities to process a plethora of discarded fishing gear, and the first pair of Waterhaul sunnies was created in 2018. Since then, they have expanded their collection, and continued to recycle the strongest plastics found in the oceans to produce a line of incredible products in the most sustainable way. Waterhaul eyewear is not only sustainable, but is made for adventures, and meets the technical demands of UV exposure, water exposure, and the sturdy frames will last you a lifetime, so you don’t have to worry about slowing down. Waterhaul strive to run a business that is entirely circular, and never want to see a pair of their sunnies in landfill, so if you do happen to break a pair (good luck!), they will offer to repair or recycle your glasses and provide a replacement frame, free of charge.
